Command-Line Interface
Three command-line tools, easy to confuse because the names are similar. They do different jobs, and picking the wrong one is the usual first stumble.
| Tool | What it is | Reach for it when |
|---|---|---|
roboctl | Manages the workspace over the API | Scripting robot, flow, job, schedule or user administration; building or publishing a package |
robomotion-deskbot | Is the robot | Connecting a machine so it can execute flows — including every unattended server setup |
robomotion-agent | Connects the machine to the Designer | Screen capture and Image nodes need to reach your desktop |
